Did you know most people do not drink enough water everyday?
Did you know that only few people actually ever drink the required water to maintain our bodies pH level? (chehh. bio sesat)
Recently I have been just like that.
Now I am paying the price.
Semi-extreme dehydration is not a thing to laugh about.
It is serious business. Fatigue and nausea are just a few of the ill-effects from dehydration.
So save yourself now.
Get a bottle of water and...DRINK!
Keep drinking. And you know that you have avoided dehydration when you feel like puking water.
Life is like a river and our bodies are the lakes that are suppose to be filled by them.
